Daniels is one such remarkable individual who has not only embraced this cause but has also taken it upon herself to create a platform for individuals dealing with food intolerances to learn how to get answers on their own for the ailments they suffer from. As the founder and President of the Food Intolerance Association, as well as the author of the insightful book, "It's in the Food! - A Guide on Food Intolerance for Adults and Children," Terry has made it her life's mission to help others navigate the challenging world of food intolerances.

A Personal Journey:

Terry's passion for food intolerance advocacy stems from her own personal experience. Still grappling with food intolerances that appeared in her childhood before ever knowing what a food allergy was.  Never having a food allergy test until her 30s, she understands the difficulties and frustrations others face when trying to identify and manage their own dietary limitations. Struggling with headaches that later turned into excruciating migraines, her quest for answers would later be a mission she was determined to take on. This journey put her on the path to her studies in public health which has equipped her with firsthand knowledge, empathy, and a deep desire to provide guidance and create awareness for anyone who has a desire to improve their overall health.

Advocacy and Impact:

Terry's tireless advocacy work has not gone unnoticed. Her efforts have positively impacted the lives of countless others who have struggled to find answers and support. By raising awareness about food intolerances, she has helped debunk misconceptions, reduce stigma, and seeks to promote inclusivity in society. Terry's commitment to empowering others has inspired a wave of change and has paved the way for a more informed and compassionate approach to dietary restrictions.
